PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES
Human Resources (HR) plays a key role in providing services and operational support as well as strategic consulting on all matters related to employees, managers and the organization. An essential element to HR’s success is to build skills and knowledge and leverage best practices across the organization.
EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS

As working student in the HR Business Partner team for HR your main tasks will be to:
support the HR Business Partners in their daily work (e.g. research, prepare meetings, presentations etc.)
identify and analyze HR needs within the HR board area and present them in such a way, that we can jointly decide on appropriate activities to meet those needs (e.g. create a training program to meet a skills gap)
research HR trends
participate in various HR projects as contributor, project manager and/or coordinator
support the administrative team on an ad hoc basis with reporting, event planning, creating presentations etc.
EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES
Student at a university or a university of applied sciences
Preferred fields of study: HR, business administration, psychology or related
Computer skills: Microsoft Outlook, Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Power Point, Excel, Word
Language skills: Excellent written and spoken business communication skills in English and German
Soft skills: Excellent planning and self-organizing skills, ability to pick up information fast, work independently and solution oriented, strong analytical skills, detail orientation
Others: Reliability, cross-cultural competencies

Please describe as well your experience and skills in foreign languages and computer programs / programming languages.
