PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES

The SAP Design Team is an interdisciplinary team of Designers, Architects, Developers and Product Owners that work closely with partners, customers and internal development organizations to provide tools & technologies enabling SAP, partners and customers to build innovative and delightful solutions at scale. We create and implement new design concepts, deliver UX innovations and drive the evolution and adoption of the Fiori Design Language across SAP products. The SAP Design Partner Services team is key in supporting new UX innovations (SAP Fiori 2.0 & 3.0, SAP CoPilot, SAP Inscribe, SAP BUILD, SAP Screen Personas, SAP Fiori elements). You will be working in the Partner Management team supporting to drive the adoption of SAP Design products by engaging with SAP Partners globally. A special focus will be on building a skill store to give Partners the opportunity to promote and sell the skills they build for the SAP CoPilot.

EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS

You work in a highly agile team to drive new innovations in the SAP ecosystem and help to make the skill store successful.

Tasks:

  • Support the team in designing and building the skill store based on the SAP App Center.

  • Monitor support requests queue, analyze and prepare solutions.

  • Help onboarding partners to the skill store.

  • Support in partner trainings and events

  • Take part in research activities and design thinking sessions

  • Work with us on the business strategy

EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES

  • Currently enrolled as student at a university or university of applied Sciences

  • Computer skills: Advanced skills in design software like Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Experience is MS Office application, Prior experience in SAP App Center

  • Language skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in German and English

  • Soft skills: Team player, curious and open minded, creative, highly motivated, self-confident, Motivated person who can work independently, enjoys collaborating with people and also feels free to express his/her opinion, Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new situations

  • Design skills: UX and visual design experiences which show your aesthetic sense and creativity, Empathy for the end-users, Experience in design thinking methods would be a plus
