W.R. Grace is looking for an energetic and customer focused Recruiting Coordinator to join their fast-paced Talent Acquisition team based at their corporate headquarters in Columbia, MD. We hire Game Changers that are helping to drive our business growth and as a Recruiting Coordinator, you will be a critical member of the Talent Acquisition team. This is a 12-month assignment, with the possibility to extend or be converted to full-time.
The recruiting coordinator will partner with a team of recruiters, internal stakeholders, and other HR team members to provide administrative support including scheduling interviews, conducting reference checks, candidate travel, and interface and communicate with hiring managers on various recruiting activities. You will also participate in our annual internship program, manufacturing leadership program, as well as have the opportunity to participate and/or lead talent acquisition projects (i.e. vendor analysis project).
Primary responsibilities include:As an integral part of the Talent Acquisition team, the Recruiting Coordinator will be responsible for ensuring each candidate experience is handled in a professional manner by conducting timely scheduling of interviews (phone, video and in-person) with internal interviewers and communicating the details with the candidate, and assigned recruiter, which may also include travel. You will track recruiting activities including the use of ATS (SuccessFactors) for updating information, weekly reporting, and identifying opportunities for improving candidate experience and scheduling efficiency. Heavy calendar and travel management to include processing expense reimbursements.
Strong time management and attention to detail
Proficient computer experience to include proficient in the Microsoft Suite
Ability to be assertive and able to take direction
Work well with others or individually in a fast-paced environment
Exceptional communication skills with the ability to communicate
B.S. degree highly preferred
2-3 years of experience to include recruiting coordinator, HR, or administrative coordination experience
