Job Purpose:

This is an Internship, junior and temporary position with the primary objective of supporting the Corporate Banking Team in all of their daily administrative tasks and activities.

Accountabilities:

The position involves Office administrative tasks as follows:

•Assist with Customer Acquisition Due Diligence processes also called Know Your Customer (KYC)

•Write and process correspondences on behalf of the team from and to internally or external groups

•Assist with customer service related tasks

•Participate in events planning

•Assist with senior visits coordination

•Participate in business development including extending and maintaining customer relationships

•Performs any other related tasks as assigned

Business Relationship:

Assist in tasks related to business relationships to include account opening, account management, KYC processing, correspondences, event planning, and other related tasks as assigned

Business relationship support tasks as required by the department

Qualifications

Knowledge/Experience and Qualifications:

-A Bachelor’s degree from reputed universities preferably in Business, Accounting or Economics; completed or pursuing

-At least 1 year in a similar position, preferably within a banking or financial institution
