A Chinese speaking intern is needed in the E-Travel Retail WW team to:

  • Facilitate in the scaling of TR digital campaigns worldwide by ensuring that the TR regions have all of the guidance, tools and content necessary to succeed

  • Monitor and measure the success of Dior's and competitors' digital campaigns to continuously optimize

    MAIN OBJECTIVES

Work with Travel Retail Worldwide Digital team to assist regional Travel Retail teams to develop and drive growth within e-Travel Retail (e-retail, e-trade and social media)

Facilitate the scaling of TR digital campaigns worldwide by ensuring that the TR regions have all of the guidance, tools and content necessary to succeed

  • Make digital assets available

  • Support online product assortment definition

  • Coordinate the timely production of content with agencies in formats needed by regions for their retailers

  • Maintain detailed e-trade activities calendar in collaboration with marketing and Area Managers

  • Identify influencers/KOLs that can be a part of the Dior e-TR experience for events, launches and partnerships

  • Evaluate new potential e-TR websites through qualitative and quantitative analysis

  • Assist in organization of digital trainings and presentations

Monitor and measure the success of Dior's and competitors' digital campaigns to continuously optimize

  • Monitor brands' presence on travel retailers' websites

  • Report on best practices, trends and activities within digital in travel retail, including but not limited to digital marketing, SEM, paid media, social media and omnichannel

  • Use data, business intelligence reporting and consumer profiling to better understand the connected travel retail client

    Profil

Experience

  • E-business: e-retail, e-commerce or social commerce

  • Understanding of best practices across social platforms: WeChat, Weibo, Instagram, Facebook and more

  • Programmatic, SEM and online media buying basic knowledge

  • Familiar with affiliate marketing

  • Follower of KOLs / Influencers

  • CRM database management familiarity: segmentation & targeting

  • Luxury / beauty retail industry
