We have an exciting opportunity for a Marketing Intern for 6 months (Fixed Term Contract) working in our Marketing Team in Vienna, Austria. As a Marketing Intern, you will report directly to our Marketing Manager Central Europe and collaborate with our marketing, sales, designer teams in all stages of daily tasks. Your contribution will play a key role in helping to develop and implement marketing plan for Austria and in supporting new business initiatives to position Western Union Business Solutions in the marketplace.

In this position you will:
Take part and support the marketing team in day-to-day activities
Perform market analysis and research on competition
Assist in planning and hosting marketing and sales events
Collect quantitative and qualitative data from marketing campaigns
Assist in marketing and advertising promotional activities (e.g. social media, direct mail and web)
Research, plan and support execution of marketing campaigns
Help to prepare company presentations, brochures, videos, etc. for promotional purposes
What you will need to succeed:
Enrolled in (or just completed) a Bachelor or Master’s degree program in Marketing, Communications or Business Administration with a specialization in Marketing
Ideally first experience in the field of Marketing
Creative personality with a strong attention to detail and high organizational skills
Driven, ambitious individual, who wants to create a career in marketing field
Positive, enthusiastic and open minded with proactive attitude
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
Excellent Excel and PowerPoint skills
Excellent command of German (native speaker) and very good English proficiency.
