We are looking for strong, innovative and high energy candidates to join the Meggitt team for our summer internship program supporting our Test Engineering Department.
Job Core Responsibilities
The Engineering Test Technician Intern will directly assist the Test Engineering team with a wide variety of projects
Describe the projects and activities the Intern would be performing:
Assist with the design and mechanical assembly of test rigs including installation of test articles, connecting system control valves, piping and instrumentation measurement devices.
Perform tests per written procedure. Record data and document results
Be committed to team excellence
Excellent internal and external customer service skills
Strong attention to detail, good organizational skills and the ability to prioritize with changing situations
Ability to maintain confidential and sensitive information
Good interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint and other computer applications
