Basic Qualifications:

  • Experience working with Microsoft Office Expert (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

  • Adobe Photoshop and Acrobat experienceEligibility Requirements:

Desired Characteristics

Desired Characteristics:

  • Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, etc.) experience preferred

  • Excellent organizational, verbal, and written communication skills

  • Exceptional time management skills and ability to work independently, under pressure, with tight deadlines

  • Demonstrated ability to work with all levels of employees and management, and willingness to give assistance to co-­‐workers in other areas. Strong team player.

  • Detail-­‐oriented, good follow through, able to multi-­‐task, and work well in a fast-­‐ paced environment

  • Prior internship and/or entertainment or creative agency experience preferred

  • Experience and knowledge of Audio/Video formats preferred

  • Familiar with corporate PO systems, billing and invoicing preferred
