This internship is for the Information Technology (IT) Infrastructure department. Project work and assignments are designed to provide real-world business experiences. Peers, supervisors, and management provide mentoring in order to develop technical, professional decision-making, managerial, and analytical skill sets, while fulfilling specific business needs within the department. Interns are exposed to best practices, processes and systems within IT that are designed to strengthen critical competencies. The intern will most likely rotate between the various teams (Security, Endpoint, Database, Network & Server) to develop an understanding of how the department provides value and solutions for Magellan. The ideal candidate will have a GPA of 3.0 or higher.
The intern will either assist other team members or work independently on projects/tasks as assigned. Previous internships have focused on Access Control, Cybersecurity, Endpoint and Mobile management.

Microsoft Windows 7 or higher
Preferred Technical Knowledge / Skills:
Microsoft Windows 10
Microsoft Server 2012 or higher
Database, Networking, Security or Server knowledge
Must be a college student pursing a degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or STEM degree.
Preferably have completed freshman, sophomore or junior year of college.
Ideally able to work 20 hours per week. Although we will be flexible with your college schedule.
