Campus - Work closely with hiring manager and stakeholders to identify process improvement and generate solutions
Conduct cost/benefit analysis as needed, data analysis and project discovery to quantify scope and challenges
Connect with various stakeholders to identify pain points, gather feedback, and vet proposed solutions
Evaluate data and make recommendations / corrections as needed
Run a variety of reports, evaluate data and make recommendations and corrections as needed
Prepare and present findings to leadership and stakeholders regarding progress, proposals, initiatives and tollgates for projects
Learn about various processes and functions within the Managed Care industry and develop professionally by contributing to projects that support the business.
High school diploma or equivalent. Must be enrolled in an undergraduate program at an accredited university or college, preferably in a field related to the hiring department through the internship period. Six Sigma Certifications preferred.
