This position provides comprehensive support for HR reporting and dashboards within our various reporting tools. Primary areas of responsibility include ad hoc report requests, government compliance reporting, and support of the reporting tools. This co-op is expected to perform responsibilities within established service level agreements by using appropriate tools, resources, and procedures to perform processes, document, and resolve inquiries and issues. Groups serviced include managers, HR business partners, coordinators, and various HR Center of Excellence subject matter experts.
We are looking for a year round co-op and the selected candidate must be available to work for 24-28 hours per week during the summer, and following semesters.
Pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree
Pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in I/O Psychology, Mathematics, or related field
KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE:
Must be at least 18 years of age
Must be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status now or in the future
Must be currently enrolled in
an accredited four year college or university at the time of the internship
Must have sophomore, junior or senior class standing
Must have a minimum GPA of 2.8
Must have experience with Microsoft Office products such as Word, Excel and/or Power Point
Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail, accuracy and ability to maintain confidential data
Demonstrated ability to work in a team
Strong computer skills
Adaptability to change and desire and ability to make improvements and to continuously improve processes and systems
