Ensures future pricing quality (VIPR) for Wal-Mart, A-B’s largest NAZ retail customer, and provides critical Service Level in Solutions.
Reduces / eliminates price errors through process improvements.
Performs research, data verification, and reporting responsibilities in support of the Info Cell process.
Supports price promotions, pricing control, account reconciliations, data analysis as required at wholesaler and retailer levels.
Ensures integrity of data and process by performing assigned responsibilities.
Provides customer service support for requests escalated from Contact Center, wholesalers, field sales, internal departments, vendors, and management.
As needed, maintains data accuracy of current and historical sales, inventory, and retailer data for wholesalers, supports chain account reporting, territory transfers, ISV software conversions.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science / MIS, Mathematics, Business with a minor in CS/MIS or related area required.
Minimum 1 year business experience (may include related co-ops or internships).
Customer issue resolution experience a plus. Strong communication skill-set required.
Analysis and problem resolution skills; understanding or experience of basic inventory control concepts.
Strong SQL code-writing skill-set, strong Excel skill-set with VBA a plus. Other favorable skills in SAS, R, Python, Power BI are a plus.
Attention to detail with abilities to summarize and effectively communicate verbally and in writing, particularly the ability to explain sales, inventory, and financial report information.
