This internship role is primarily responsible for supporting the execution of an existing kitting project for the Sikorsky Turkish Utility Helicopter Program (TUHP). The role will be integrated with the process to kit components and package and ship components through our Kitting facility. Activities will include supporting the TUHP Operations Manager and the TUHP Program Manager in documenting the kitting process, requiring organizing Value Stream Mapping, Kaizen, and 3P events, both externally and internally to Sikorsky. The candidate will also be participating in Kitting activities at the Kitting Facility. Additional experience will be gained in cost account managing, cross-functional coordination and management, logistics strategy, and kitting operations.
Basic Qualifications Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Human Resources or Finance or related discipline from an accredited University.
Minimum 3.0 GPA
