The Recruiting Operations Senior isresponsible for special projects that further the recruiting vision and goals. This role provides proactive insight, guidance, and support to the firm-wide campus and experienced recruiting teams, helping to attract and hire the best talent to the firm, supporting the firm’s growing recruiting function. The Recruiting Operations Senior has a particular focus in the areas of team communications, marketing and employment branding, process improvement, system support, data analysis and reporting, and firm program planning.
Recruiting team members execute their responsibilities in accordance with firm policy and provide proactive insight, guidance and support to the firm’s partner group and employees, helping to make Moss Adams an employer of choice.

Maintain the recruiting team’s communications and support, to include developing agendas for monthly team calls and summits, maintaining team SharePoint sites and providing support for recruiting activities and events, as needed
Support the recruiting team’s marketing and employment branding efforts, to include assistance with updating all marketing-related materials, refreshing our career site, leading social media efforts, developing annual themes and related campus presentations, and coordinating the purchasing of branded merchandise
Provide process improvement, recruiting systems and tools support, and data analysis and reporting to include process documentation, system administration or implementation, as well as creating and running reports
Assist with planning firm programs, events and initiatives, to include diversity recruiting, summer leadership programs, internship programs, scholarship efforts and case competitions
Administer firm-wide employee referral bonus program
Maintain CPA policy and process CPA review course requests and invoices
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required; emphasis in HR or a related field preferred
Minimum of 3 years of related experience required; experience in recruiting in public accounting or a professional services environment preferred
Experience with recruiting systems/tools (e.g. Taleo) preferred
Data analytics knowledge preferred
Effective time management and organizational skills, proven ability to prioritize while simultaneously managing numerous projects/processes often under tight deadlines
Ability to travel as needed, approximately 10%
