Edelman Seattle is looking for a Junior Associate to support our Performance Marketing team and to learn from and collaborate with internal teams in order to accomplish the desired level of client service excellence for our clients. S/he will contribute to media plans, reports and other project deliverables to execute paid media plans for our diverse range of top-tier clients across multiple industries, including consumer, education, technology and corporate accounts. Responsibilities and Expectations: * Execute day-to-day digital media buying and management and client service activities associated with accounts; * Prepares media plan, reports, and other deliverables, and executes media plan implementation; * Execute digital media campaigns on multiple platforms, including, but not limited to: social partners, SEM channels, content discovery networks, sponsored content, traditional digital advertising; * Optimize digital media campaigns for efficiencies and performance; * Manage pixels for tracking and retargeting purposes; * Draft reports during and post campaign with insights to help inform future media and content strategy that require minimal tweaking; * Assist in SEO audits with recommendations by evaluating website health, organic rankings, website tags, competitor rankings; * Build and maintain relationships with key vendors, platforms, and technology partners; * Support development of product and service offering materials for both internal and external purposes; * Track budgets to help financial planning and management; * Effectively manage paid media buys; * Master the self-serve interfaces of several partners (e.g. Facebook, Twitter, Google, Outbrain, LinkedIn); * Take on greater responsibility for media trafficking; * Commits to continuous learning and improvement of tactical skills by attending offered classes, on-the-job training and mentoring; * Demonstrates behaviors consistent with Assembly's values, Code of Ethics and Business Conduct. REQUIRED SKILLS: Basic Qualifications: * A bachelor's degree in a relevant field from an accredited college or university; * Intermediate to advance knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint. Desired Qualifications: * Previous internship experience in Communications Marketing and/or related fields, including advertising, digital, social, native, display, and search media; * Strong interpersonal, organizational and written and oral communications skills; * Ability to adapt to new conditions, deadlines and assignments; * A strong work ethic and the ability to provide quality work to clients and teams.
