Learn the importance of building relationships with clients and effectively delivering service excellence. Deliver impactful and professional presentations to gain new business. Human Resources Experience the hiring process: screening applicants, interviewing candidates and onboarding new hires to integrate into the company culture. Understand the importance of employee policies. Understand collective bargaining agreement(s), the grievance process and arbitration / contract negotiations.
