( Group Description ) – The Marketing Operations group architects technology solutions to support Marketing needs. We use Data Science to look for pattern in our data to action on. We automate as much as we in terms of personalization and execution with Web and Marketing Automation technologies. The responses are evaluated we prioritized for Sales Follow-up with our Lead Management tools. Finally, we provide both Marketing and Sales with deep insight and tools.

(Team Description) – You will be working on the Marketing Technology team. There are 3 main functions on this team:

1) Tools to help marketer execute campaigns

2) Platform for managing Leads between Marketing and Sales

3) tools to enable sales teams with insights, communications, and workflow

Scope of work

  • Projects can include rolling a new piece of technology or process to a new team. This can involve a Proof of Concept, piloting, planning, training, documenting and rollout and support activities

  • Some other tasks could involve supporting other team members with analysis, troubleshooting and solution design

  • You will be exposed to operationalizing Data Science and insights and tools like: CRM, Marketing Automation, Data collection, Campaign Attribution, Lead Management, Sales Chat, email and workflow

  • You will contribute to building this integrated marketing platform that others only see as something to aspire to in the future

Skills:

The successful applicant should…

  • Have some practical experience in CRM (i.e. Salesforce.com) or Marketing Automation (i.e. Marketo, Eloqua, etc) or in Sales tool (Drift, Outreach, SalesLoft, etc)

  • General understanding of how Marketer execute campaigns and/or how Sales does follow-up

  • Good business communication skills using professional language and can tell a story through presentations

  • Self-starter, interpret and extrapolate direction, motivated to over deliver

Requirements – All applicants must be pursuing a 4-year Undergraduate Degree, a 2-year Master’s Degree or a Doctorate degree. You must have authorization to work within the United States.
