PayPal’s Next Generation Commerce (NGC) team is searching for a talented Product Designer for a 2019 summer internship. The ideal candidate would be passionate about creating innovation experiences, working in collaborative environments, and thinking outside of the box.


• Design foundation - strong visual and interaction design skills

• Design tools - demonstrable proficiency in Sketch App, Zeplin, InVision,, and Illustrator

• Self-starter - ability to reliably complete design tasks within time constraints and under pressure

• Organization and prioritization - strong ability to successfully handle multiple projects at one time

• Communication - strong problem solving and communication skills

• Collaboration - ability to be both a great teammate and team leader

• Deliverables - ability to create well organized and annotated documentation

• Concept to code - comfortable working in low fidelity (sketching, white boarding) to high fidelity (pixel perfect, production ready) designs

• Partner to Engineering - familiarity with front-end engineering and/or working with engineers

• Innovation focused - strong interest in technology-based innovation trends and enjoys new challenges
