We are looking for someone to leverage our platform and products and to partner with the broader University Recruitment and Diversity teams to help us develop a stronger and more diverse pipeline that represents our global users. Required Skills:

  1. Serve as full-cycle recruiter, managing the applicant flow from college programs

  2. Lead the planning and execution for university events and local, regional and national educational programs focused on diversity

  3. Participate in university events and local, regional and national recruiting forums

  4. Partner with Program Manager(s) to help them build diversity plans for each of their schools

  5. Manage and further relationships with external diversity partners

  6. Ensure smooth candidate transition and consistent candidate experience

  7. Define and communicate the processes around how we execute diversity focused sourcing through educational programs

  8. Provide diversity reports and updates to appropriate sub-teams and functions

  9. Provide opportunities for community building and networking

  10. Plan, coordinate, implement and finalize projects all while keeping the project within budget

  11. Manage experience for students throughout their internship, including onboarding performance evaluation, and conversion process

  12. Willingness to work flexible hours as needed

  13. Ability to travel to universities during peak recruitment season

Minimum Qualifications:

  1. 3+ years of University Recruiting experience

  2. 1+ years experience of Diversity focused initiative support

  3. 1+ years of event management or facilitation experience

  4. Communication experience

  5. Experience working cross-functionally

  6. Experience multi-tasking
