Serve as full-cycle recruiter, managing the applicant flow from college programs
Lead the planning and execution for university events and local, regional and national educational programs focused on diversity
Participate in university events and local, regional and national recruiting forums
Partner with Program Manager(s) to help them build diversity plans for each of their schools
Manage and further relationships with external diversity partners
Ensure smooth candidate transition and consistent candidate experience
Define and communicate the processes around how we execute diversity focused sourcing through educational programs
Provide diversity reports and updates to appropriate sub-teams and functions
Provide opportunities for community building and networking
Plan, coordinate, implement and finalize projects all while keeping the project within budget
Manage experience for students throughout their internship, including onboarding performance evaluation, and conversion process
Willingness to work flexible hours as needed
Ability to travel to universities during peak recruitment season
3+ years of University Recruiting experience
1+ years experience of Diversity focused initiative support
1+ years of event management or facilitation experience
Experience working cross-functionally
