Hearst Television Campaign Coordinator in San Francisco, California


Revenue Operations is the backbone of our company, and as a key contributor this role manages delivery on interactive ad campaigns to maximize return on investment for our clients. You must have previous ad ops experience, be a fast learner, proactive, strong in Excel, and detail oriented. And because all work and no play is no fun, someone with a sense of humor who joins in on team outings is a HUGE plus!


  • Track ad campaign inventory to ensure accurate forecasting for sales proposals
  • Effectively analyze, optimize, traffic and manage ad campaigns for full delivery as well as high performance in delivery
  • Support Sales and Publisher teams to ensure client goals are met
  • Maintain clean data sets and optimization dashboards for ad campaigns
  • Dive into additional data, performance reporting, research-driven projects, campaign troubleshooting and miscellaneous tasks as needed
  • Be proactive, resourceful and creative in troubleshooting errors or discrepancies
  • Maintain a positive attitude towards learning
  • Be a strong communicator and collaborator with internal and external teams


  • Previous ad ops experience (ideally with internship or relevant 1 yr work experience)
  • Requires knowledge of online ad serving / ad servers
  • Strong working knowledge of Excel (such as pivot tables, v-look up)
  • Bachelor degree required,emphasis on Finance, Economics, Math, Computer Science
  • Excellent relationship management, teamwork and communication skills
  • Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
  • Experience with Microsoft Office
