Kelly Services Clinical Trial Management Analyst Intern in Raritan, New Jersey

Kelly Services has an exciting internship opportunity for a Clinical Trial Management Analyst (CTMA). This internship is based in Raritan, NJ and is budgeted through the end of the year. The intern will work full time during the summer and full or part-time thereafter based on the student's school schedule. The CTMS is responsible for supporting systems/processes within the Clinical Trials Management Solutions team such as Clinical Trial Management System (CTMS). To qualify for this internship candidates must be currently enrolled in a college/university working towards an undergraduate/bachelor’s degree.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Work with Study Teams and partners during study build process to create/maintain the following in CTMS: o Study, Country, Site, Contacts, and Institution records o Create and set up templates such as Health Authority, IRB/IEC, Financial Disclosure, Subject Visit, Visit/Trip Report, etc. o User administration o Import/Export templates o Any other general study build activities

  • Assist with UAT activities

  • Provide general business support for CTMS and other applications supported by the Clinical Trial Management Solutions team

  • Create/Generate reports

  • Support Ticket generation/creation and maintenance (tracking of issues/requests)

  • Create/Update reference and training materials/documentation

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

  • Must be currently enrolled in college/university working towards an undergraduate/bachelor’s degree.

  • Good communication skills

  • Good analytical skills

  • Ability to troubleshoot issues and find root cause analysis

  • Should be able to work independently and within a team

  • Good MS Office skills
