We are seeking a dynamic and self-starting person to join the Business Operations team in our Princeton, NJ office for a paid in-semester and/or summer internship. In this role you will help us implement strategic corporate initiatives by conducting needs analyses of individual, team and other stakeholders and recommending targeted learner centric solutions that are aligned to strategic priorities and organizational outcomes. In addition, you will work with the Enterprise Project Management Office within Business Operations to conduct analyses of business data to assess project performance and participate in a variety of project support activities.

This internship is appropriate for either an undergraduate or graduate student. Responsibilities will be adjusted based upon the individual’s qualifications and experience.
A minimum of two completed years of undergraduate or graduate studies pursuing a degree in business or public administration, social or industrial/organizational psychology, liberal arts, or related field
Demonstrated experience or completed coursework in data analysis; accounting or finance
Demonstrated experience or completed coursework using Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word
Strong organizational skills
A keen eye for detail
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong critical thinking skills
The ability to handle multiple priorities, sometimes simultaneously, under deadline pressure
The ability to work overtime, as needed
Ability to deal diplomatically and tactfully with others
