The Career Center at Clarkson University invites applicants to apply for the position of Project and Operations Coordinator. The Project and Operations Coordinator will coordinate and oversee large operational initiatives to include career fairs, technology (i.e. software, website), data/reporting (i.e. graduate outcomes, professional experience), and recruitment coordination. Main position duties include: Manage or assist staff in all major recruitment programs to include on and off campus events. Coordinate Career Fair logistics, staffing, marketing and execution. Assist with data collection and reporting for undergraduates, this may also include providing data for publications used by faculty, staff, and accrediting bodies, and executing special events sponsored by the Career Center. Professional Experience for the University, collect documentation and troubleshoot issues across campus, work with students and faculty. Employer development, specifically focusing on developing professional experience (internship, co-op) opportunities and relationships. Manage general marketing and communications plans for students and employers. Recruiting software management (including Career resources). Co op and internship interest appointments. Website management. First Year Seminar coordination. Position requires previous customer service experience, with a positive and outgoing demeanor. Outstanding written and oral communication abilities required. Candidate must be comfortable in promoting services and opportunities to both students and professionals. Occasional night and weekend hours in support of the University.
Minimum qualifications include Bachelors degree in business, communications, human resources, psychology, or a related field.
