Responsible for the planning, design and build of security architectures; oversees the implementation of network and computer security and ensures compliance with corporate cybersecurity policies and procedures.
Monitors cybersecurity requirements for local area networks (LANs), wide area networks (WANs), virtual private networks (VPNs), routers, firewalls, and related network devices.
Performs security assessments of applications and systems using penetration and vulnerability testing and risk analysis. Configures and installs firewalls and intrusion detection systems.
Implements software fixes (patches) to remove system vulnerabilities.
Responds immediately to cybersecurityrelated incidents and provides a thorough postevent analysis. Investigates intrusion incidents and conducts forensic investigations.

You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Experience listed below would be obtained through a combination of your school work/classes/research and/or relevant previous job and/or internship experiences.
Bachelor's Degree with 7+ years' experience, or Master's Degree with 5+ years related experience in Computer Science, Computer Systems Engineer, Computer Information Systems, Cyber Intelligence, Forensic Analysis or any other related area.

Possess comprehensive knowledge of information security concepts and Vulnerability Management.
Comprehensive knowledge of networking (Routing, Sub netting, DNS, Proxies, Firewall)
Experience supporting and integrating solutions, scale up, automate, prove concepts.
Project management experience and a foundational understanding of Agile Software Development.
Familiarity with current and emerging Vulnerability Management solutions.
CISSP, CISM, CEH or similarly advanced industry certification.
System engineering and administration of Linux, Windows, Virtualization and Cloud Computing
Ability to author and execute test scripts, install documentation, wiki's, KBA's, etc.
Data Base administration and troubleshooting experience (SQL and PostgreSQL).
