Job Duties/Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:

Our Finance Professionals deliver a wide range of financial management direction and services to a variety of business partners including: suppliers, subsidiaries, business units, dealers and customers.

The Finance Analyst role will allow you opportunities in a variety of finance related areas which may include: managing multi-currency cash flows, managing foreign exchange/commodity risk, executing an investment strategy for our multi-billion dollar retirement fund, analyzing the financial strength of suppliers and working with our worldwide dealers to improve their financial results.

Professionals within the program must be willing to travel as needed for customer support.

Required Qualifications:


  • Must be currently enrolled in the Caterpillar Corporate Finance Internship Program


  • Must be enrolled full time at a 4-year accredited university/college in one of the following degree programs: Bachelors or Masters in Finance with a minimum of 18 hours of finance coursework completed.


  • Minimum 3.0/4.0 GPA (both Finance GPA & Cumulative GPA).


  • Graduation date between July 2018 to July 2019.


  • Must be willing to travel accordingly.

Desired Qualifications:


  • Previous finance internship and/or work experience.


  • Strong initiative, communication, and interpersonal skills.


  • Intermediate user of Microsoft Excel


  • Leadership involvement in student associations.


  • Willingness to relocate throughout career.
