This position helps supports over 2,500 employees in numerous buildings, customers, and travelers, both in and out of office locations.Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.1. Demonstrate the Vermeer characteristics of caring culture, demonstrating agility, customer focused, and stewardship and model the associated behaviors.2. Assists with installation of workstations, including software and hardware installation, LAN connection and basic troubleshooting on printers, laptops, desktops, and issues with ERP system.3. Provide customer support for employees by documenting all hardware and software requests, analyzing and solving problems on computer applications.4. Assist Systems Administrators in creating standard images to be used on desktops, laptops, and workstations.5. Perform regular maintenance on current systems.6. Maintain system information such as hardware and software inventory sheets, serial numbers, and antivirus software schedule.Education and/or Experience- High School diploma required.- Current student pursing a Bachelors' degree in Information Technology- Previous internship is a plus.Other Skills and Abilities- Ability to monitor network lines and create patch cables.
