PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES

Marketing operations employees develop and roll out processes and systems needed for efficient and effective marketing. The main goal is to maintain smooth operational excellence and organizational agility across global teams or market units. They do this by using formalized best practices, processes, infrastructure, reporting, and analytical frameworks.

Marketing operations employees are responsible for ensuring that systems, processes, and tools are in place to set performance expectations, monitor progress, and measure results.

Tasks and Responsibilities

This is for a 6-month student internship starting from (September – March)

As a Digital Marketing and Business Operations Intern, your main responsibilities are structured along the following lines:

  • Support on the day-to-day business and technical operations for the Marketing team.

  • Participate and understand the Marketing campaign launch workflow process to ensure and optimize performance results.

  • Produce compelling Business and Digital reports to effectively manage key to success in operation’s overall data quality and performance follow up.

  • Conduct analysis of Digital and Business Marketing activities with the guidance of the Business Operation Marketing manager to better understand performance results.

  • Support Field Marketing Managers to maintain Marketing plans up to date and aligned with global strategy.

  • Work closely with the Business Operations Manager and Field Marketing Managers to optimize the contact data through the CRM platform respecting all new data protection (GDPR) requirements. This includes ensuring the effective maintenance of Data management applications.

  • From the beginning of your internship you’ll be exposed to all areas of our business operations, and play an important role in delivering excellence business and data results.

Education and Qualifications / Skills And Competencies

  • Must be seeking for a fulltime work practice (stage fin d’études);

  • Positive can-do attitude who identifies challenges as opportunities to learn;

  • Articulate, thrives in a dynamic environment and copes well with pressure;

  • An excellent knowledge of English and French is essential;

  • Technology savvy and willingness to embrace change;

  • Strong proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel);

  • Time Management;

  • Team player;

  • High energy level;

  • Inquisitive and not afraid to ask questions;

  • Logical;

  • Focused and organized.
