Assist contract administrators and contract managers in the administration of assigned government contracts. Serve as a support liaison between customers and the company in providing information concerning pricing, government contracts, scheduling, billing, forecasting and other requests.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Assist in preparing and coordinating various reports and other information as required by contract and corporate management and ensure timely delivery and distribution.
Assist in preparing additional data and/or correspondence as may be required by management or the contract.
Assist in preparing Quotation Requests and proposals.
Assist in researching, reviewing, and disseminating contract information to company personnel as required.
Assist in reviewing and interpreting contract and government acquisition regulation language and disseminate to company personnel as required.
Load and maintain Customer Sales Orders (CSOs) in JDE.
Assist in development and maintaining of various information databases as required by contract and/or program management.
All other duties or projects as assigned.
Student in a Sophomore standing or greater working towards a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain/Operations Management, Accounting, Finance, or related field throughout the entire duration of the internship.
Willing to work year-round; part-time during school year & full-time during summer.
Willing to travel or relocate to Oshkosh, WI.
Knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment towards common goals.
Cumulative GPA of 3.0 or greater.
