VCA MidWest Veterinary Referral & Emergency Center is an AAHA-accredited, 24 hour emergency/multi-specialty practice in Omaha, Nebraska.
VCA MidWest Veterinary Referral & Emergency Center is seeking a locum board certified or residency trained Emergency and Critical Care Specialist to temporarily help our fast-growing, AAHA-accredited, multi-doctor specialty and emergency/critical care practice in Omaha, Nebraska.
Our hospital has nationally and internationally recognized board-certified specialists, including 3 Internists, 2 Criticalists, and a surgeon who love to collaborate to provide stellar patient care. We also have independent contractors in Cardiology and Diagnostic Imaging. Four (4) Doctors staff our Emergency Department (ED) that operates 24/7/365.
We are undergoing a major hospital expansion and when complete the hospital will feature 12 exam rooms, 4 operating theatres, a dedicated ICU, separate GI and respiratory isolation wards, supplementary step-down unit, comprehensive in-house laboratory equipment, ultrasonography, video rigid and flexible endoscopy, laparoscopy, arthroscopy, digital radiography, and on-site CT and MRI.
