One of the great advantages of working at Clorox is our location. In Finance, we believe in helping our community through our mission: Strength in Numbers. This includes teaching local school kids about finances through Junior Achievement, rebuilding/renewing local community centers through our Day of Service, and other programs. In our personal lives, the mild year-round weather and abundance of activity in the San Francisco Bay Area allow us to keep our work and personal lives in perspective. Though we clearly work until the job is done, that does not mean we don't leave time to take advantage of activities that range from biking and skiing to theater and restaurants. To enable us to enjoy our surroundings even further, Clorox has initiated a very progressive work schedule between Memorial Day and Labor Day. During this time our offices close at 12:30pm on Fridays. Clorox also endorses other work options for employees who seek added flexibility in order to meet today's lifestyle requirements. Clorox also fosters a close working environment for the diverse people we employee -- from corporate sporting events to a wide variety of Employee Resource Groups to opportunities for leading department-level social events, there's something for everyone.
