Healthcare related company located in Oakbrook is growing their Human Resources Department and is looking to hire an HRIS Assistant. Main responsibilities will include the following: Receive inbound transactions from HR department and key the corresponding data into HRIS system for all client benefit programs. Help document procedures and maintain appropriate checklists. Audit HRIS data with vendor invoices to identify data entry errors and exceptions. Maintain employee data including new hire and termination entries. Develop Open Enrollment processes and procedures. Ensure data on HRIS database is correct. Create employee record and upload relevant document and information onto HRIS system. May prepare requested client reports on topics such as employment, terminations, and/or compensation. Supports employment process for assigned area(s) as required. Requirements: The ideal candidate for the Human Resources Assistant position, will have 1+ years or at least internship experience. Excellent organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines. Accurate data entry skills and detail oriented. Skilled at multi-tasking and prioritizing responsibilities. Ability to stay focused and make quick changes when necessary. Maintain confidentiality and high ethical conduct. Possess critical evaluation skills. Familiarity with Windows-based computer programs a must. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel required. Bachelor?s Degree in Human Resources.
