As a member of the HR Team you will be a champion of KIND’s culture, helping to ensure that each team member, department and organization within the company stays true to our hungry & KIND values.
The Talent Acquisition Administrator is an integral part of the HR team, providing administrative and coordination support to the Talent Acquisition team. This role is a pivotal role in providing efficient, effective and a positive experience to KIND team members, as well as, candidates & external clients during all stages of the HR process. This role will support the KIND Talent Acquisition Partners in a high-volume environment by providing high touch experience and will provide you with many opportunities to make a visible impact and contribute to strategic initiatives. And this is how you’ll do it…
Primary contact for routing requisitions, preparing job descriptions, posting roles internally/externally, scheduling candidate interviews and travel arrangements, hosting candidates when on-site, moving candidates through the process via our ATS system (Pereless), and preparing offer letters
Partner with Hiring Managers for KIND’s Internship Program by routing the requisition, posting the job description, routing and extending the offer and completing the new hire process
Serve as the main point of contact to KIND’s Relocation partner. Enter new hire information into vendor portal and monitor relocation funds.
Partner with external agencies to fulfill all temporary requests
Main point of contact to partner with KIND’s ATS provider for maintenance
Process invoices and expenses for TA/TM team
Participate in ad hoc projects as needed

1-2 years’ experience in a Talent Acquisition support function; experience within the CPG a plus
A Bachelor’s degree, preferably a BS in Human Resources
Extremely high ethical standards and the ability to maintain the highest levels of confidentiality
Experience with an Applicant Tracking System
The ability to prioritize responsibilities and manage multiple concurrent projects, while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
Experience scheduling and arranging small and large scale meetings
A high level of problem solving ability including independent judgment and decision-making skills
Strong engagement skills and experience networking with people
Knowledge of basic employment law and HR practices
Experience in Microsoft Office applications including Word and Outlook
Experience with recruiting analytics and skilled in Microsoft Excel
The ability to work independently and in a team environment
The ability to sit/stand at computer and work in front of a computer screen for significant portions of the day
Interest in furthering your career in the Human Resources field
