The program offers invaluable experiences for early-career associates seeking challenging developmental opportunities to jump-start their careers. Under the supervision of Manager of Global Diversity & Inclusion, assist with managing the development, design, planning and execution of company’s diversity and inclusion initiatives, events and special projects.RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO: Assist with the development and support of company-wide employee resource groups. Collect and analyze D&I data and reports to evaluate the success of the programs. Plan, manage and provide deliverables on projects as assigned. Work closely with functional business groups to ensure efficiency and effectiveness of solutions deployed in support of business goals and objectives. Identify opportunities for improvement and makes constructive suggestions for change. REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, Communications or related business field. Must have a 3.0 GPA upon graduation. Must have demonstrated leadership experience. Must have a passion for excellence and leadership. Executes with the highest degree of integrity and accountability. Strong communications skills; verbal, written and interpersonal required Self-motivated individual who strives for excellence and continuous improvement using analytical problem-solving skills. Demonstrated problem solving and analytical skills. Experience using Microsoft Excel, Access, and other applications in the Microsoft Office Suite. Must be able to travel up to 25%, domestic and international travel. Genuine curiosity and interest in learning about all cultures and diverse populations. Understanding of how the dynamics of cross-cultural and inclusion related conflicts, misunderstanding and lead to education and opportunities. Empathy for others and their point of view.
