PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES

SAP Digital Business Services help our customers to run better with SAP software and ensure fast adoption of most innovative SAP solutions. To achieve this we establish long-term relations with our customers and set up core account teams, who provide best options from SAP world given customer business context and solution architecture. Core account team works closely with particular customer and includes Service&Support Partner, Techincal Quality Managers, Project Managers and Sales managers.

Intern will support core team in their daily activities, developing both business acumen, soft skills as well as understanding of SAP products and corporate IT architecture.

EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS

  • Support SAP Services core account team in organizing internal communication:

  • Administrate ongoing project and sales activities;

  • Prepare dasboards, presentations, analytical notes and Point of View reports for SAP and customer management;

  • Support marketing activities with customer;

  • Communicate with global SAP teams.

  • Manage small projects/prototypes:

  • Prepare project plan;

  • Involve resources and track progress;

  • Prepare and update project and opportunity status reports;

  • Facilitate open issues resolution with customer team.

  • Support other business and sales related topics (proposals preparation, etc.).

  • Support innovative topics development:

  • Get insight of business context and critical requirement;

  • Get insight in SAP solutions capabilities for the case;

  • Identify potential business value from innovation;

  • Prepare draft of technical architecture;

  • Manage Proof of Concept project.

  • EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES

  • Students in their final year of Bachelor's and Master's studies in Management, Finance, IT, Computer Science, etc.;

  • Native Russian;

  • Upper-intermediate spoken & written English;

  • Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint);

  • Ability to provide basic calculations (i.e. in Excel);

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills;

  • Good organizing skills;

  • Ability to demonstrate proactive approach in problem solving;

  • Teamwork skills.
