BAE Systems is looking for an internship candidate to support technical workin areas ranging from the design, verification, test, or manufacturing ofHybrid devices, or CMOS high-speed digital logic and associated integratedproducts and systems. Cross Department work sharing may lead toperforming work in system or processor design and simulation, lab test anddebug, or software engineering activities related to operational and testsoftware. High energy self starter with the ability to perform electricalengineering work which requires knowledge and application of basicengineering principles, theories and concepts to complete assignments.
Required Skills and Education
Required education: Enrolled in a Bachelor Degree program inElectrical Engineering
-Work sharing may entail coding, simulation, or verification of digitallogic for ASIC/FPGA developments
Perform independent lab work with digital logic devices or componentsand circuit assemblies.
Apply engineering principals to the development of test plans/procedures
Work with cross functional teams following established BAE Systemsdesign processes
Preferred Skills and Education
Familiarity with electrical engineering principles such as logic compatibility, timing and signal integrity
Familiarity with digital logic design and implementation
Familiarity with circuit board floor-planning layout and component selection for multilayer board designs
Scripting and programming language familiarity preferred: C/C , Perl/Python,Windows
