The FP&A Analyst will be responsible to support business functional leaders to make strategic decision on resources allocation & cost actions. The position will be responsible to deliver day-to-day management reporting and variance analysis activities timely with high quality.
Consolidate financial reporting package, complete variance analysis for shareholders, and provided solid details in monthly cost reviews.
Manage all reporting requirements to HQ, - CQ Estimate, TY Estimates, Actuals reporting and Variance walks
Be responsible to deliver standard reports on regular basis and draft closing estimates during closing cycles
Support planning session activities, working with HQ team and function leaders consolidate annual budget forecast, MRP + OP finalization, recasts, coordination on stretch/targets, validation of Hyperion upload
Operational support on managing labor, C&B, applied purchase services and liquidations budget, actual vs budget queries
Provide & present analytics around, cost efficiency & productivity
Support simplification and standardization opportunities around systems and process improvements across
Provide Ad hoc analysis for the requests from global stakeholders
2-4 working experience or top class fresh graduate, with internship experience in Corporate
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, and/or financial work experience, preferably in Cost reporting, accounting or planning and /or equivalent experience
Clear thinking with fundamental analytic skills: able to clearly link financial results to operational performance drivers, generate alternatives and drive positive change
Advanced communication skills in English both verbal and written
Accepting and adhering to high moral, ethical, and personal values in decisions, communications, actions, and when dealing with others
GE/BHGE critical system exposure is preferred with experienced professionals
Team player: able to work in FP&A CoE team and across different teams and contribute to a positive environment
Extensive knowledge of GE/BHGE business operations or O&G industry
Positive “can-do” approach
Able to work under pressure, flexibility to handle the challenges and critical financial planning & reporting cycle
Ability to work with teams across functions and around the globe
