Students have an exciting opportunity to gain exposure in multiple disciplines within HR as part of the Citizens HR summer internship. The HR Intern will have an opportunity to rotate through several departments within our HR Division (rotational areas may include Talent Acquisition, Compensation, Development, Talent Management & Employee Relations).The Human Resources intern will be responsible for assisting on a number of initiatives to improve processes and implement efficiencies within the Human Resources Department. This opportunity is designed to be both educational and practical. In this position, the intern will learn how to take skills she or he may have acquired in school and apply them in a professional setting. There will also be opportunities within the bank to network with other departments.
