Working closely with the Marketing Communications Group Leader, our intern will help create and maintain a favorable public image for the company. We are proud to take the time to develop and train our intern to handle any task and take on any initiative on any campaign!Responsibilities Will assist in the production of the company's proposal documents.Will assist with database entry into Deltek Vision system. This may include entry of letter proposals, managing all contact updates and address changes, all database entry for dept as well as running reports.Will demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills when interacting with clients, co-workers, vendors, etc.Assists with the production of quality qualification packages to meet deadlines for submission.Performs day-to-day administrative duties for the marketing department with supervision.Use a combination of software packages proficiently including Microsoft Word and Powerpoint. Willingness and ability to learn Excel, InDesign and Adobe Photo Shop.Use equipment such as a digital camera and scanner.May assist with market research; conducts market research to assist in the development and execution of marketing plan objectives.Will assist with administrative tasks including, collating, organizing, binding, downloading photos, and photocopying, as needed.Will assist on special projects to help support Marketing Account Managers and PR Specialist.
