Intel Developer Program in the Developer Relations Division (DRD) is looking for an intern to join our team. As an intern, you will work with a fast paced and innovative team, focused on representing and amplifying the voice of the developer to our developer community. You will engage with a group of community managers, content managers, and marketing managers to identify, amplify and promote key activities and stories from our Intel Software Innovators and Student Ambassadors.
In this role, you will support Affinity Program Managers under the Student Ambassador Program Manager and Intel Software Innovator Program to define and execute a plan to leverage various Intel's websites, social media tools, official Intel social channels as well as targeted social accounts to tell a broader story about the activities, research, software excellence and innovative work from our Innovators and Ambassadors.
Some of the job responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Create and maintain a content roadmap of top stories, messages and content from our Affinity Programs, for amplification both internal and externally.
Formalize workflow to get more Affinity content into online channels including software.intel.com, Intel Insider social platform, and popular social media channels.
Create grass roots amplification campaign on the value of DevMesh (devmesh.intel.com) to students and developers.
Coordinate with marketing and content teams to drive Affinity members as subjects/topics for established YouTubers or Podcasters.
Author and publish content on DevMesh to communicate program value to drive new membership and candidate applications for Innovators and Student Ambassadors.
Review of research and projects posted to DevMesh to be showcased and shared.
Assist in the onboarding process or new members and review activities submitted by Innovators and Ambassadors for social promotion or featuring on software.intel.com.
Build a playbook for promoting Innovator and Ambassador content through social media.

You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Experience listed below would be obtained through a combination of your school work/classes/research and/or relevant previous job and/or internship experiences.
*Must be pursuing an Associate's or Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, communications and or computer science / engineering.

*3+ months of experience with:

Marketing role like digital, campaign management, social media, PR, communications, etc.
Customer support, customer engagement, and or equivalent online experience listening and responding to users, customers or interested parties.
