The purpose of this position is to assist the North America Manufacturing Engineering Business Office with limited, but challenging assignments related to Industrial Production Strategy, Trade and Barriers, and general business management, manufacturing engineering or industrial engineering tasks.

Assists experienced Managers in the ME Business Office in Portfolio Management, project timelines, Trade and Barrier Analysis, and Industrial Production Strategy business case development
Serves in a training and development capacity for more complex and productive assignments
Performs Manufacturing Engineering or Industrial Engineering tasks using established procedures
Initial phase of training and development within area of assignment
Proficient use of equipment, instrumentation and software/hardware used within area of assignment
Entry level performance assignments with task-oriented, less complicated responsibilities
Miscellaneous Manufacturing or Industrial Engineering assignments as training and abilities progress

Minimum Education and Experience
Applicants must be currently enrolled and pursuing a degree in Business, Industrial, or Manufacturing Engineering at an accredited school and have complete at least 30 semester hour prior to the start of the co-op
Applicants must have a cumulative GPA of 3.0
Strong writing or communication skills
Ability to travel as needed to our production facilities
