Candidate must have the ability toobtain a Public Trust from the Federal Government.Project Overview:The Program provides a full spectrum of innovative business and professionalservices for developing, maintaining and supporting enterprise-classbusiness applications to federal and non-federal agencies. Responsibilities* Focus on business logic and process flows, working on the design anddevelopment of business logic, process models/flows and UI screens toimplement in a BPM (Business Process Management)-based system.* Work closely with Business Analyst to investigate customers'requirements, prototype business solutions, and validate user storyacceptance criteria.* Coordinate closely with team members to ensure proper fixes, unittesting, and configuration management.* Develop Structured Query Language(SQL), update data models andimplement common database best practices (indexes, triggers, and datastructure* Manage daily work in the Atlassian suite of applications (Jira,Confluence, Bitbucket and Bamboo).* Coordinate with DevOps team members to ensure timely and reliable releasesto customer.* Ensure software maintains data integrity, security, and best practicestandards.* Prepares and maintains SDLC application documentation as needed.Experience Required* 3-5 years experience in software development, including:* Java or JavaScript programming (general and component-based UI).* Understanding and hands-on experience with Agile software developmentmethodologies.* Experience with Agile tracking software (Jira or Rally)* Highly adaptable to rapidly changing environments and situations.* Flexible and willing to accept change in priorities.* Strong desire to learn customer business processes.* Strong analytical, communication skills.Qualifications* Strong technical development background* Strong desire to learn customer business processes.* Strong analytical, communication skills.* Excellent written and oral communication.* Highly adaptable to rapidly changing environments and situations.* Effectively prioritizes work and has well-honed problem-solving skills.* Self-starter with strong self-management skills.* Strong interpersonal and communication skills.Experience Preferred* Ex
