VCA Advanced Veterinary Care Center is seeking a board certified or residency trained Criticalist to join our multi-disciplinary Specialty practice in beautiful Fishers, Indiana—located just outside of Indianapolis. The successful candidate will be a personable team player who is friendly, approachable and has a client-centric approach to specialty care.
Currently, we do not have a Criticalist on our team, so this is an outstanding opportunity for a highly motivated doctor to build a much-needed service and be the premier center in this area. Our practice enjoys a strong referral base to help jump start this endeavor, plus you’ll be supported by specialists in Internal Medicine, Neurology & Neurosurgery, Radiation Oncology, Medical Oncology, Radiology, Nutrition, Ophthalmology, Surgery (orthopedic & soft tissue), and Physical Rehabilitation. We also have a busy 24-hour emergency clinic that is supported by 7 full-time emergency doctors and 3 interns.
Our 30,000 sq. ft. facility is fully equipped with a 1.5 Tesla MRI, 64-Slice CT, linear accelerator, fluoroscopy, two digital radiology rooms, two GE ultrasound units, full endoscopy equipment, YAG laser, and a neurological electro diagnostic machine—along with a full rehabilitation service with two underwater treadmills. The hospital has 16 exam rooms and dedicated treatment areas for each specialty.

The region has several blue ribbon schools, plus a thriving performing arts area. For your recreational needs, there is the Monon Trail, which runs for 15 miles from Hamilton County into Indianapolis.
