Responsible for end-to-end project management to support the production and operational needs of the brand strategy and marketing teams working on internal and external campaigns.
Work with the requestor and cross functional team members to understand and define projects.
Scope project requirements and identify budget needs.
Develop a detailed project plan and monitor progress throughout the project.
Collaborate with internal teams to design, develop and implement content and other projects.
Establish project delivery dates and ensure timelines are met.
Capture project details including risks, timeline and requirements specifications.
Highlight potential risks, priority or scope challenges, and proactively act to resolve.
Define success measurements for projects.
Track and document progress within workflow tool.
Communicate project deliverables, issues, risks and progress to core team and leadership.
Formulate communications as needed, such as status updates, assignments, recommendations, etc.
Post materials on portal sites.
Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field, equivalent experience.
One year of project management experience, preferably in a marketing environment for an agency or institution.
Strong written and oral communication skills.
Time-management skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
Ability to collaborate with others and establish strong relationships to influence the completion of tasks.
Students must be actively pursuing a degree from a college or university & must not have graduated prior to completing the internship.
Students must be able to work 15-20 hours per week. Position is located in downtown Denver.
Proficiency using MS Office tools.
Experience with CRM systems, web analytics, SEO, etc.
Experience working with digital content.
Advanced skills using Photoshop, InDesign, or Illustrator.
