Accenture Business & Technology internship in Brussels, Belgium

WANTED: Final year students (M/F) to join our dynamic teams

Are you a dynamic, driven and ambitious final year student? Does the sound of working in a hub of innovation appeal to you? Are you keen to be at the forefront of new developments? Do you see yourself working in a large international company?

If you answered “yes” (who can blame you?) four times, then you should keep on reading.

What will you be doing?

You act as the trusted advisor for your clients and help them with any difficulties or problems they might encounter. Project management is key: following up on both the difficulties as well as on the impact of the solutions you have proposed and implemented. You participate in weekly meetings with different stakeholders, clients and key users, where the status, dilemmas and solutions are to be discussed. You listen to your clients’ needs; they listen to your suggestions. You will experience how business process knowledge can be converted into functional designs and transformative solutions that create game-changing solutions for real-life clients.

You will have the opportunity to show your creativity, come up with new ideas and share your passion for industries, methodologies, innovation and digital solutions. During your internship, you will find experts in almost every field around the world and we offer you a platform to unfold yourself even more with access to exclusive online training material.

And because your internship isn’t just about working on a real client case with our Technology and Consulting professionals; it’s also a unique opportunity to do this in another country. Next to internships in our local offices in Belgium, you can work at our Delivery Centers in Riga (Latvia), Bratislava (Slovakia), Prague (Czech Republic), Mauritius and India... Wherever your internship takes you, a warm Accenture welcome is waiting!

“During the past three months, I’ve learned a lot about IT implementation by working closely with clients and using the Agile Methodology. I discovered more about the impact of technology on the financial sector as well as how it can be leveraged to improve, enhance and optimize the day-to-day operations of a company. This experience in a real work environment really helped me to grow. I have improved my efficiency and task management skills and my ability to work on difficult tasks. I now continuously try to take a more critical look at my work and achieve excellence.” – Christopher 2016/2017, Brussels

“For me, an internship is about gaining as much experience as possible, developing numerous skills and making connections. Doing it abroad makes it even more than a mere work experience. By leaving the comfort zone of home, I wanted to immerse myself in another culture and push the boundaries of what I am capable of.” – Ans 2016/2017, Mauritius

“I find it important that an employer understands its employees and isn’t only concerned with its profits but also cares about its employees and their wellbeing. After a couple of weeks, I already noticed that the environment is very open and everyone’s opinion is appreciated. Even the interns get the chance to voice their opinion.” – Sam 2016/2017, Prague

“Despite the ‘hugeness’ of the company, it was very easy to talk to people when you are facing issues in your work. Moreover, even as an intern I felt part of the Accenture family. Even though I was an intern I still had a project that I could manage as I want.” – Armelle 2016/2017, Brussels
