JOB REQUIREMENTS: Billing Contract Financial Analyst I - Entry Level Job ID #:JR54366 Functional Area:Graduate & Internships Position Type:Full-Time Regular Experience Desired:Entry Level Education Desired:B.Sc Primary Location:US-Wisconsin-Brown Deer 4900 West Brown Deer Road-F640 Secondary Location(s): Travel Percentage:0.00 Relocation Provided:No Position Responsibilities/Requirements GENERAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: -Complete assigned contracts by monitoring the transaction through the implementation date of the contracted service or the contractual terms. -Contract review to identify pricing schedules and pertinent contractual terms. -Billing system configuration and setup of contractual rates as determined by contract review. -Complete contract workbook for secondary review. -Analyze invoice variances (data volumes, rates, & extended amounts) and determine their validity to make invoicing decisions. -Analyze exception reports to determine if additional billing system configuration or setup is required. -Determine if a new client relationship or client hierarchy is to be established which could include the submission of a new client setup. -Adhere to all SOX controls to ensure accurate FIS financial results. -Retain SOX evidence for use in internal and external financial audits. -Analyze and resolve assigned client inquires and disputes. -Communicate regularly with Business (SAM, Product Mgr, Implementation Mgr, & BU owners) and Finance partners regarding impacts to the company's financials. -Compile, analyze and upload data to the billing system. -Analyze and reconcile balance sheet accounts -Work Closely with product areas as required to help them appropriately forecast monthly revenue -Timely process approved credits as assigned in the Credit Tool. -Complete all assigned invoices by required deadlines. -Attends project meetings and works with various levels of business and IT staff. -Participates in user acceptance testing. -Initiates system review requests when billing system requires IT investigation. -Participates in internal/external audit testing. -Identifies, develops and implements process improvements within existing billing platforms and processes. -Performs other related duties assigned as needed.
