Talent Acquisition Coordinator for global luxury beauty brand

Our client, a global luxury beauty brand is hiring a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join their Human Resources team! This is a great opportunity for someone with internship/entry level experience to start a career as a TA coordinator with a highly-regarded luxury brand in the beauty industry! We're looking for someone who has a passion for people and has a curiosity about the facets of Talent and HR.

Responsibilities:

Main focus of the position will include: global research and analysis around competitive intelligence, performance development, recruiting and acquisition, developmental feedback, talent and career planning, change management, employee recognition, and overall organizational effectiveness and cultural assimilation.

Skills:

  • Clear, concise and effective communication skills and strong interpersonal skills

  • Ability to work collaboratively with and influence members from other departments or functions and across cultures

  • Knowledgeable technical skills, specifically using Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook, and a willingness to continually learn additional technical skills

  • Presentation and project management skills a plus

  • Ability to quickly grasp new concepts and present creative solutions

  • Analytical yet practical

  • Detail-oriented work focus and commitment to accuracy and quality balanced with timeliness

  • Action-oriented and results-driven; ability to multi-task and deliver

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree from an accredited university in a related discipline (e.g., business, human resources)

  • One to three years relevant business experience is a plus, but not required

  • Experience with HR systems such as HR Connect & Taleo are a huge plus
