Under general supervision, provides an array of treatment services for outpatient child, adolescent and family services to include crisis management and consultation for children.
Provides evidence based services (safe, effective, measurable and quality) to help consumers make informed, independent decisions, to set goals, improve self-worth, independence, enhance empowerment and promote self-determination. This includes a productivity requirement of 900 hours annually/average of 75 hours monthly and documentation of such services.
Completes clinical service notes/documentation in an appropriate and timely manner that meets Federal/State/QA/CARF standards.
Pursues new and better ways of serving our customers (clients, stakeholders, family etc.) via training.
Demonstrates fiscal responsibility and accountability to advance our mission to include compliance with corporate compliance.
Provides quality customer service and networks with stakeholders to increase knowledge of prevention, treatment and recovery services and expand and enhance partnerships in the community.
6.Performs other duties as needed.
Minimum and Additional Requirements
A bachelor's degree and professional experience in human services or social services programs.
_Preferred Qualifications: A Master's degree in guidance, counseling, or the social sciences and one (1) year of counseling experience (excluding internships) in a clinical counseling program. Candidate must be licensed or license eligible by the state of South Carolina. _
