Digital Demand Hub is a new team who is focusing on Demand Generation execution and pipeline nurturing leveraging digital tools. The mission is to increase conversion rate, accelerate pipeline and increase sales productivity.
The primary responsibility of the SAP Digital Demand Operation Associate is to support the SAP Digital Demand Managers and the Digital Demand Executives in gaining in productivity and efficiency in executing Demand Generation campaigns.
Working together with the Digital Demand Executies, Digital Demand Managers, marketing, Partners and Sales, the SAP Digital Demand Operation Associate will support the team in running innovative and creative activities to increase the SAP awareness in the midmarket (integrated DG plan, make sure all the elements are of Digital Marketing campaign, leveraging of customer stories, etc.)
EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS
Support with building a reporting framework to analyze performance and impact of the organization
Identify and collect best practices into a central repository to drive adoption
Develop a stakeholder communication plan and execute against it using innovative tools
EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES
Master Student with interest into business, active student status required
Can do mindset, resourcefulness, self-motivated team player
Fluent in English both written and orally
Advanced MS Excel skills / willingness to learn, experience with SAP BI solutions a plus
Experience / ideas on how to best use communication tools
Experience in digital communication would be a plus.
